The Mentoring Process 

Preparing for your assessment

Once your initial appointment booking is confirmed, you will be sent some forms to be completed and returned before your first consultation:
 

  • Terms of engagement to provide an overview to what you can expect from me as your Mentor and what I can expect from you as a Mentee. 
     

  • Privacy Policy to provide reassurance about how your data will be handled.
     

  • Assessment of needs and skills to help me prepare for our consultation and understand some of the priorities for your development.
